Can somebody pls tell me  what happens to the dividends issued by companies in case if someone is investing through  mutual funds.Is it considered while calculating the NAVs.

Is it a good idea to invest in mutual funds who mainly invest in companies providing dividends for regular income.?

Any suggestions for such funds.
