When do we get withdrawal facility from OD account in SBI Maxgain?

Hi All, I have a SBI Maxgain home loan. When do we get withdrawal facility from OD account, does it depend on full disbursement or possession of the property. My loan is not disbursed completely so as of now I do not have withdrawal facility from OD account. Now if I park some surplus amount in OD account, can I withdraw it on possession.

    Dear Abhishek, once full and final disbursal is over, you should ask your loan serving branch for transaction rights. Please do note, till transactions rights are not activated, you can deposit your surplus amount but can not withdraw the same. Yes such surplus amount can be withdrew once transaction rights are active.
