Whats a good way to track the money lent to others ?

Hi,

My dad has lent out money to quite a few individuals and he is tracking it using excel. I was thinking there should be some better way to manage it., like managing it online on some free personal finance website. Do you know what’s the best way to manage here?

    Its better to keep things simple. Maintaining in an Excel is fine enough to track as per me.
