What will you look in a financial planner before you hire him ?

I would like to know from everyone is what is the most important thing you will look in a financial planner before you hire him , what is one thing that will stop you from hiring him ?

please list down all the things or discuss in detial

    I will ask the question to my financial planner –

    How did you planned yourself and what are your goals and how you are going to achieve/achieved it.
