Hi
Can anyone tell me what are the documents needed for ligal opnion??
HI,
On the suggestion of the bank i met a lawyer with all my documents to take a legal opinion on my land but my problem is i am not having one of the linked document with me and even i could not find in the registration office and could you please suggest me what is an alternative solution for this to take loan in bank.
I dont think there is an alternative here. you need to check with the bank itself on what needs to be done !
Dear Manaswini, once the loan is sanctioned, you ‘ll get a cal from your branch manager & S/he ‘ll ask you to go to RACPC for loan documentation. Once this loan documentation (read loan agreement on stamp papers) work is over, SBI ‘ll ask your builder to raise the demand notice & your builder ‘ll get a partial disbursal as per the %age completion of the building.
Thanks
Ashal
Dear Biswa, what will happen when we had appointment with branch manager?
Say the loan is sanctioned, do they give cheque of the mentioned amount. Can you please help me with details. first 3 points are completed in my case.
Manaswini
I am writing what i know:
1. Legal openion by SBI Layer
2. Valuation of the property
3. Evaluation of the loan eligibility interally
4. Appointment with the branch manager
5. Appointment with RACPC for the final documentation.
Above step may vary depending on the branch and other factors.
Dear Manaswini,
Whilst there is no legal definition or meaning of “Under processing”, the generic meaning would be that they are reviewing the legal opinion, completing their internal approval formalities and probably arranging for a technical inspection of the property you are purchasing.
I am sure you will hear from them soon to move forward.
