What is the process to get a power of attorney ?

Hi, Can anyone please let me know what is the process to get power of attorney. Currently my flat is in under construction and I am to get the possession in couple of month.

    Dear Inty, please contact an advocate (actually ask your father to contact) & he ‘ll guide you to do the same. If the flat is purchased with a home loan, please contact your bank also to prepare the POA as per bank’s format.

    Thanks Ashal – I bought a flat 2 years ago in Pune, which is still in under construction, I am not in india to take the possession and put that flat in rent. I want my father to do that, and for that I need a POA. Since I am not in india, I want some information like how can I get POA and what are the process to get POA.
