What is the procedure to be followed if Bank Locker key is lost ?

What should one do in case one cannot find the key to a safe deposit locker with a bank ?Who is to be contacted? Is there any particular procedure to be followed?

    Dear SMenon, please contact your bank branch and inform the loss of key in written. The bank ‘ll do necessary to give you a new Key but in this case, you w’d have to bear the charges for the same.
