I have following queries regarding health insurance :

Q1) suppose I claim for health insurance once , can I claim it once again during the same policy period

Q2 ) wish to know  what is the maximum number of claims allowed over the policy period of health insurance.

Q3) If I can claim more than once then suppose I have taken health insurance cover of rs 5 lakh .  during my 1st claim, the hospital expenses comes about rs 1 lakh . now , once again when I claim foe second time, how much cover is available to me – a) rs 4 lakh  or b) rs 5 lakh ?
