I read in the newspapers that the home loan rate for SBI has been come down to 10.15%. Also have a link that mention the same – http://www.sbi.co.in/portal/web/interest-rates/home-loans-interest-rates

My current rate (as reflected on the SBI site after logging-in) is 10.3%. My loan amount is below 75L. I called up SBI and spoke to the department, they said its *unchanged*.

Should it be 10.15%? or 10.3% is right?
