Dear All,

i  am 40 years Old working in OMAN, earning INR 60,000 pm. married have three kids. i would like to start invest for my kids. I own a house, also have LIC of INR 2M (Jeevan Anand) and  have a bank balance of INR 5,00,000.  Now i want to invest for future of my kids i.e. their education and marriage etc. Kindly guide me what is the best option. my elder kid is 5 years old and the second is 3.5 years third ins 1.5 years

Is PPF /FD / RD good or do i need to invest in MF’s ? if yes, kindly provide the names of some funds which are doing good in terms of returns
