What is sale deed draft ?

Hi,

My final home loan disbursement is pending with axis bank and they are requesting to provide sale deed draft. while applying for loan, I have handed over sale agreement to the bank. Can someone please explain me what is sale deed draft and how can I get it ?

    Dear Anoopcr, the bank is asking you the draft copy of your actual sale deed which ‘ll be registered into property registrar’s office when your builder ‘ll sell the flat to you.
