What are the formalities to close SBI maxgain loan?

I am planning to sell the flat i have in pune and buy in chennai due to relocation. The flat was purchased via sbi maxgain home loan. could you share what are formalities involved

    Dear Hariharan, the buyer of your property in Pune is purchasing with own money or planning to take loan? In case the loan ‘ll be there, please ask your buyer to take it from SBI itself and then contact SBI for loan transfer on existing property from your name to buyer’s name.
