Dear Bharat Shah, the most suitable option ‘ll be to contact the local property registrar office where the registry of your flat is to be done. Alternatively you may contact advocates in your area who are doing property registration job.
yes, i have googled it and then i tried ‘suratrealestate.com’ for the area in which my flat is situated. though the page is appearing, the ;jantri’ rate is showing blank. i could not get any other site.
if housing finance is personal finance, i think, jantri rates are related, because, in market where cash+cheque payment is order of the day, your bank loan, if any, and capital gain calculation(for sale) will be decided mostly on jantri rates declared by the state government.
i prefer’ jagoinvestor.com’ rather to ‘justdial ‘!
thank you.
How is it related to personal finance ? I am not aware of “jantri” hence asking . Also just call justdial and they might be able to help . Did you google it ?
