Want to understand about available balance in SBI Max Gain Home Loan ?

Want to understand about available balance in SBI Max Gain Home Loan. All the interest savings will be added to available balance. So are those savings will be available to withdraw? Is it OK to consider that my surplus parking are getting increased?
