I am about to purchase a new property which is in a joint venture of builder and land owner. If I go with land owner share then I will not have to pay VAT and service tax as said by the land owner and marketing guys. So please let me know if it is correct and is there any legal document supporting this saying? Please help as your suggestion are valuable. Thanks.
