Unused home loan amount for Interiors

Hi

I have taken home loan for 37 lakhs in SBI(MaxGain).  I have used 32 lakhs out of the 37 lakhs for the property. Can I ask the bank to release the remaining 5 lakhs for interiors? Will the bank accept and release the funds?
