Transferring Home loan to SBI

Anshal,

I have taken home loan of 39L from LICHFL 8 months back under 3 year fixed ROI as 10.70. I heard lot of good things about SBI Max Gain Home loan scheme so I want to know if shifting loan from LIC to SBI would be good option? If yes, then how/what is process to do it.

Looking forward for your response to take decision on this soon.

    I think it’s not possible to switch loans which are less than one year old. If you have opted for “3 year fixed Roi ” kinda loans there will be many conditions.So before deciding read your loan agreement and decide

    Dear Shivam, please visit the nearest SBI branch with all the property documents & check there that you do fulfill the requirement of paper work of SBI or not?

    Decide only after that.
