Transfer of Property in Housing Society

Dear Jago Investor Experts,

I have a query with regard to my investment in housing property. In Dec 2012, I purchased a flat in a Co-operative Housing Society called Lake Town in Pune. The sale deed was executed completely and registered with the sub registrar haveli in Pune. However, the flat has not yet been transferred to my name in the Lake Town Society, since the seller of the flat did not provide his signature of couple of documents required for the transfer of property in the society. The seller has now denied to sign on those documents and his demanding extra money for the same.

Can you please advise how to proceed further to get my name registered in the society?

  1. Dear Shantilal, please discuss the matter within your society or file a legal case against the seller.

    thanks
