Hi,
Please note that i had requested to transfer the old company pf amount to my current pf a/c (new company) by the start of this year 2013.Since,I didn’t receive any further updates on this, I cross-checked with my current employer and received the below confirmation saying
“Please note that your pf transfer application has been forwarded to your previous employer during March-April-2013. but so far we have no information. hence the application is again forwarded to your previous pf office during July-2013 for speed process. still the transfers are not received.Normally the transfer process gets completed in 3-4 months based on the information given by previous employer.”
Also,Please find the status of the Claim displayed in epfoservices.(for Old company pf a/c).

So,kindly let me know whether do i need to wait for some more days to receive an update on this (or) go ahead by filing an RTI on this.
Kindly help me with the required inputs and please let me know in case if any other information is required.

I am Mainoddin. I joined new organization. I have not initiated epf transfer from my end. But i received messages of transfer of PF.Is it initiated automatically from my new organization? How can it be initiated automatically?

Sorry for the trouble once again. Surprisingly, the status of my old a/c has again changed to old status saying
Claim ID : PYBOM130700034091
Status : Claim Form 13 for Transfer to New Account Number: AGAINST Old Member Account No (PYBOM00197410000001181) has been approved. Payment is under process.
Is anything going wrong here? 🙁

Hi,
Before filing RTI, i submitted grievance as mentioned in the link http://jagoinvestor.dev.diginnovators.site/2012/03/rti-for-epf-withdrawal-or-transfer.html.
After submitting the grievance in one day, i receieved a response from my old company EPFO head office with the annexure K attached.
Annexure k contains details such as
1).Old company PF account No
2).New company PF account No
3).Old company joining date (07/12/2009)
4).Old company Relieving date(12/08/2011)
Also,it states that
Opening Balance as on 1st April 2013 : 15096.00
Adding the interest and Employer’s share :
Total Net amount transferred shows as : 20626.00
So, does it mean this is the amount that will be transferred from old a/c to my new a/c.
Also,when i check the status of old pf account now, it has changed to
“Your account has been settled.For Details please contact respective EPFO office”.
It would be great if you provide with more information about ANNexure – K and why is it required?
Kindly let me know your thoughts on this. Do i go ahead by filing an RTI as i was planning to do it by this weekend.
