Can I transfer by Home loan account from one SBI branch to another?

I have a home loan account with an SBI branch in Bangalore. Can I transfer that to another branch in Bangalore or a branch outside Karnataka

    I also need to transfer my sbi homeloan account from one sbi branch to other sbi branch. If you come across the way then kindly share it with me.
