I have a home loan in DHFL I want to transfer to SBI is any chance is there please give me suggestions
You its suggested.
You can apply for it here – http://jagoinvestor.dev.diginnovators.site/solutions/apply-home-loan-transfer
Dear Rajeev, first of all please check with DHFL for change of ROI by paying a conversion fee. In all possibility you can get a new rate which ‘ll be lower than your current one. Keeping in view the paper work for transfer & the processing fee & other things, I w’d like to keep loan with DHFL with reduced ROI. In case your ROI is not reduced, then you can think off transfer. HDFC is also a good choice.
Thanks
Ashal
After SBI, which bank is better for Home Loan, i inquired HDFC and they are offering me 10.15% interest rate
Is hdfc is good option after sbi in terms of support, interest rate etc. ?
Hello Ashal,
Thanks for your quick response, Is their any alternate process in SBI to transfer loan. i am holding saving account in sbi bank.
Dear Rajeev, as you are transferring your existing home loan, the SBI ‘ll require guarantor for the intervening period i.e. the money released by SBI to pay back your loan to DHFL & release of your property papers from DHFL & deposit the same to SBI.
thanks
Ashal
