    Its both legal, physical aspects and other aspects, if any.

      Dear Sunil, regarding legal thing – it’s advisable to go for a home loan. The bank ‘ll check all the related papers & only after fully satisfied, the loan ‘ll be sanctioned.

      Regarding the amenities things –

      Over all surroundings in terms of School, market, hospitals, connectivity to nearby Railway station or Airport or Bus stations is important. Now a days, parking is also a big issue so that’s very important. The added amenities in the form of swimming pool or Gym or similar things cost extra so check on your own that you or your family members ‘ll really use those amenities or not.
