Inviting feedback from members who have recently purchased term plans online.

Please share your experience.

    Thanks for your feedback. I already had a term plan from Religare which i did not renew due to poor customer service. I still hold my LIC Amulaya Jeevan policy which i took years ago.
    Same goes for ICICI protect too, poor customer service. As for Kotak I must say no customer service at all. I just opened an account and filled my details but never paid the premium as i wanted to get their feedback, however no one called me to even inquire. So i decided against buying it.
    Still looking for another term plan.

    I purchased term plan form LIC 3 mths ago but still not received the policy papers.
    i had received payment receipt.
    Agent had told me it will take 10-15 days to get Policy papers.
    Want to take another term plan from along with this from ICICI iPROTECT or Kotak epreffered.
    Which one will be better?

    Hi Rakesh,

    I purchased Aegon Religare’s iterm plan recently online for 50 L cover. Everything from application, payment and medicals were done promptly and the policy was issued very quickly.

    However at this point, I really cannot comment upon their claim settlement.
