Dear Aum Kal, if you opting the separate registration for these flats as I suggested above, both flats ‘ll be less than 15L Rs. valuation & thus these ‘ll be eligible for priority sector lending & hence 85% loan financing.
So it’s very much possible to get 85% loan as well as 1% interest subsidy. On a different note, this interest subsidy ‘ll remain in future of not, I can’t comment. My guess is as good as yours’.
Thanks

Dear Aalap, please ignore that home loan reply as it’s wrongly posted in your discussion.
Thanks

Dear Aalap, for your given condition, my take ‘ll be to go for a small cover say 5L Rs. from LIC’s Anmol Jeevan. Once that cover from LIC or any other insurer is there, apply for a big cover say 25L or 50L Rs.
Thanks

Dear Aalap, I’m not a medical expert person so from that point of view can’t comment for the risk associated with your life that an insurance cos. perceived.
But one thing is sure, if you are taking proper medication & the decease in question is not at life threatening stage, you ‘ll be able to get a cover.
Instead of opting for online cover, go for offline plans first.
Thanks
Ashal
Dear Aalap, had you tried with LIC?
Thanks
Ashal
