TDS procedure for home loan from SBI

Those who have taken loan from SBI need a help from you. Could you please share the procedure to make 1% TDS.

We just need ask SBI to make 1% TDS against sellers PAN?

    Dear Reji, Yes you can ask SBI to deduct this 1% TDS. Please apply in written for the same with your loan serving branch. SBI ‘ll do needful for the same.
