I am an NRI living in USA and have about INR 1 crore in HDFC NRO account that I want to invest. I am interested in Tax free bonds. Can you advise if I am eligible to buy any Tax free bonds either in primary or secondary market? If yes, what’s the procedure.
I am visiting India in August and would like to invest at that time.
