Hi,

I joined a company and for the first 3 months the tax deducted by them is not reflected in Form26AS, rest of the months reflected. Due to this I got a letter from Income tax department to pay those tax again. I submitted my rectification form along with the Form16 proof (Where my company indicated they deducted the tax). Now my company is not willing to re-upload the corrected file, due to this still my form26AS is not reflecting the actual amount deducted. How to solve this problem.
