Tax benefits under 80C be vanished or not ?

Tax limit to be raised up to 5 Lakhs ?

The income tax limit is to be raised up to 5 Lakhs.The benefits under 80C & similar exemptions may be vanished fully because the advantage goes to companies (SBI HDFC ICICI Insurance etc) though the common public are harassed to get the claims.When there is healthy competition in the market and they have the competitive products to convene the people and fund is flowing in by FDI and many more.Agents are appointed to loot the common public then Why govt sale or promote their products by giving additional tax benefit?Let them do their marketing themselves and monitor the proper products to public.
