Superannuation income in ITR

Last year I changed my job and I withdrawal supperanuation which was 84k. Company diducted TDS on the same based on my previous form 16. 

I also withdraw my PPF (left job after 4 years) and company diducted 14k TDS based on my previos form 16.

 

Now I am confused where to show these income in ITR-1/ITR-2.
