Please clarify…I have joineda a company on dated 21.12.2005. and resigned on dated 15.03.2014.

Now from HR, I come to know that I am not eligible for superannuation fund. They are saying “Employee will become eligible for the benefit if  he  has completed the service tenure of 5 years from the date of eligibility i.e from 01.12.2012.
