Hi, I am planning to start additional SIP in ELSS fund. Axis Long-term Equity and Reliance Tax Savers seems to be best performer in this category. I am currently investing in Quantum Tax savers, but it is not in the top 10 in last few months. Can someone suggest me a strategy to select best in this category?

those ratings are based on last one year’s performance. what u have see is whether the fund u r investing is beating the benchmark continuously or not. quantum’s strategy is to stay on cash as they think markets are high. if u are ok with their strategy keep investing.
else move to Axis or reliance.
