Spurious calls on name of IRDA and sold policy with fake signature done by Pnb met life branch

Hi Manish, and all users of this forum

In November 2012, I received a call (Mobile Number- 08800205063) who told me that he is employee of IRDA and he told his name Aakash Aggerwal. He told me that You have issue a policy from PNB METLIFE Insurance company Rs 22435 / after 6 months you have receive Rs 30000/-. Then I have again received a call Mobile no- 09953630661 he told me that his name is Rajan Malhotra, he sent me a message on my Mobile that a cheque of Rs 22435/- and photocopy of id proof sent following address. ( Rajjev Ranjan Met Life India Insuarance Co Ltd 2nd & 3rd Floor No 29, PVR Priya Complex Basant Lok Vasant Vihar New Delhi 110057 )

After some days, I have received policy documents from PNB Metlife Insurance company above noted branch. After some days, I have again received a call from Aakash Aggerwl he told me that, you will to be receive full amount up to May 2013, but a huge amount deduct from your policy, if you have more deposit Rs 56000/- then Company not deduct amount from your policy and both amounts release in committed time.Then, I again received a call of Rajan Malhotra he told me that he is agent of PNB Met life company and he said me you sent a cheque and id proof to this branch, for safety of first amount. I again sent a cheque of Rs 56000/ or id proof to above noted branch.

After some days, I again received a policy by Speed post. In this time I have received so many calls of different persons those persons told me that they are officers of IRDA and officers of PNB Met life Company and insured me your amount to be release in committed time. The above noted branch issue me 2 policies by themselves doing fake signature of mine. So this branch involved this fraud so PNB MET LIFE Company fully responsible of this fraud. I have also complaint launch in IRDA. Company reply me that they are not responsible these agents because they are not his employee but Company not reply me about fake signature of mine done by their branch.. Please suggest me what can i do next for refund my amount List of fake call Numbers 08527705135 09289705455, 0116-5590864 ,

    Greetings from PNB MetLife!

    This is with reference to your grievance under Token number 10-13-012756 regarding above mentioned policy numbers.

    Please refer to our detailed telephonic conversation today on your concerns and we give below our response as under.

    PNB MetLife after accepting your proposals based on information submitted by you, issued the aforesaid policies and the policy documents were delivered to you on 27/11/ 2012 and 22/12/2012 respectively. You did not raise any concerns/objections relating to the terms of the aforesaid policies and/or raise any grievance relating to misselling of the aforesaid policies within the statutory free look period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the aforesaid policies.

    Further we have not observed any anomalies with regards to your signatures on application forms and other supporting documents as alleged by you. During welcome calling with our representative, you have provided positive feedback and have not raised any concerns.

    Basis the facts cited above we regret that we are unable to accede to your demand of canceling the policies and refunding the premium.

    Please treat this as our final resolution in this regard and in case you are not satisfied with the resolution you may choose to raise it with The Insurance Ombudsman, the contact details are given below for your reference.

    Dear Ashal, I have already complaint launch to GRO PNB Metlife and IRDA and i am again to be complaint launch to company and IRDA
