My age is 24 and need to invest money to save my self form TAX :), Should i invest in SBI Subh Nivesh?will that be a better option ? i am also looking at SBI Smart Power insurance (ULIP) which one will be better?

i am new to this so bit confuse, i know ULIP has some risk associate with it. please help me figure out this 🙂
