I currently hold family floater policy with Star Health. I came to know that some banks also provide mediclaim policy to account holders.  My bank has tie up with United India Insurance and their premium for family floater plan is much lower (25%) to Star Health of same coverage.

I wanted to know opinion:

1.  Is it advisable to go with United India Insurance from Star Health. I do not have claim settlement exp with Star Health yet.

2. Does portability work from Starhealth to United India. I do not want to loose my credit with star health so far.
