Should I pay full house rent in advance for my demands ?

I want to stay in a new rented house. I asked to complete the wood works of the house before I will stay there. But the owner is asking for full advance money for that, then only he can start the wood works. Can I prepare an agreement paper for my future safety?

    Dear Saroj, what’s so special with this house? Please opt any other house for rent ifwood work is not there.

    If an owner does not have the money to complete the wood-work, I will not consider my deposit money safe in his hands.
