Should I give USA address while buying term plan or Indian address ?

I’m currently posted in USA and hopefully will be there for another 2 years. I’m planning to buy a term policy. My Query: 1. Should I give my current address in US or my permanent address in India 2. Can I buy two or more term policies from different insurance companies. Please reply

    Better to buy a policy in US for the time you are there. Most Indian insurers will not cover you if you are out of the country.

    Dear Narnindas, as your NRI, not many Indian insurer ‘ll cover your life. Please check this issue with your insurer first.

    You can purchase policies from any no. of insurers.
