Should I file case against my financial advisor and defaulting Companies for not returning my FD money ?

Dear Sir,

I had invested in two companies fixed deposits for a duration of 1 year through my financial advisor as they handled my portfolio and based on their advice. The maturity for the fd’s was in June 2012 but till now the companies have not paid me the returns, neither principle nor interest amount. My financial advisor says that I should give the company law form and submit to the ministry of corporate affairs.

But I don’t know what I should do to get my money back specially now that I need it the most. Should I file a legal suit against my financial advisor as well as the defaulting companies ? Besides what would be the fastest and efficient way to handle this matter. Pls advise.

Dear Venus, you like it or not but you are in abig trouble and chances of any faster recovery of your amount is near zero. Please file a police complaint as well as consumer court case.

    Thanks

    Ashal
