Hi, I am a govt. salaried employee. My age is 28 years. Currently I’m working in Bangalore, Electronic City. My salary is around 40k (cash in hand) per month. My inquiry is, should I buy a flat of Rs 50L (2BHK, taking loan of 40L from bank) or else I should go for a rented house, assuming that I\’ll stay in Bangalore until my retirement(atleast)?
