What will ICICI charge if I transfer loan from ICICI @ ROI 9.4% to SBI @ ROI 9.1%

    1. Hi Ajit Parvatikar

This is very specific query which you should follow up with the concerned authority only. We wont be able to comment on that

    Sir,

I am very scared of the fact that how ICICI treats its customers and for long time ( around 20yrs) it will become a heck of a pain for me, moreover by reading through all your valuable ansewers and posts base rate method is better than IHPLR and all..

    Dear Abhishek,

Now that you have got your Home loan from ICICI HFC, is there a specific need to shift to SBI considering that you will have to pay processing fee and any other applicable charges?

Consider shifting your Home loan to SBI only if you have benefit of at least 1% in the interest rates and see any other loan term benefits. Also read the Terms and Conditions, charges etc on SBI’s website and the Terms and Conditions stated in your home loan agreement with ICICI HFC.
