ONDear Sir,
We finalized one property for that 50% of money is given by my father & reaming 50% i taken the home loan.
Now the problem is, the father contribution 50% money is having equal share of myself & my brother . So i am need your advice about shall i register the property in both name(myself & my brother name) even though i getting home loan .

Register the property only in your name.
If you register in you and your brother’s name, then it will become complicated later on when say for example you decide to sell and your brother does not want to.
You can return your brother’s share now or later on. Anyway his share is only 25%.
I have seen issues because of joint owners of property.
