Service tax query on LIC Policies !

Dear Sir

Please suggest me , i want to purchase a policy should i purchase it before 31 dec 2013 or i can wait for 2014, because i have got some information that there is some service tax included and previously it was not there, kindly do the needful.

    Dear Naveen, w’d you purchase an umbrella as it may rain or due to the fact that there might be some tax on umbrella?
