Is it the right time to buy because SENSEX crashed 900 points yesterday ?

Hi, Sensex crashed 900 points yesterday and it could be one of the right time to buy stocks or shares, but is it right time to Mutual Funds as fund prices would have come down? http://profit.ndtv.com/news/market/article-black-tuesday-why-sensex-crashed-900-points-today-723322

    think Share market as long term asset class. No one can time the market..

    else it rises by 2000 points what will u do.
