Selling car parking

Hi All,

Somewhere I have heard that it’s illegal to sell both open & covered car parking. But, I have visited few builders recently and found everyone selling parking from 3-5 lakhs openly.

Any idea what is wrong and what action can be taken to avoid this?

    Dear Anshul, theoretically, selling car parking is wrong. Practical thing everybody is interested in purchasing the house & living there peacefully & no body is interested in fighting with builder/developer. Should I say more?
