I have taken a home loan from SBI and I was orally told that this loan was Maxgain. But description of my OD account shows SBI SURAKSHA HL TL.

1. How can I know of my loan account in Maxgain?

2. When should I get the check book and ATM card for the OD account?

3. From when can I avail the deposit facility in the OD account? (The full amount has not been disbursed by the bank yet)
