SBI MAXGAIN APPLICATION AFTER LOAN PROCESSED

Hi,

I had applied for sbi loan and first payment has been made to builder by sbi

please could you advise if can apply for SBI MAXGAIN product now?

what would be the process of doing that and will bank charge any fees
