I am eligible for a home loan from sbi for buying an apartment flat in Gurgaon. SBI is ready for sanction of normal home loan but when i asked for Max Gain, bank refused to sanction under Max gain. Bank told that they will disburse the amount to builder and no o/d limit can be given; hence in case of buying a apartment flat from builder; Max Gain scheme is not applicable.

Sir, pl guide me. is it true? or can i get SBI Maxgain home loan?
