I have taken a home loan from SBI of amount 11,68,000. I have taken with SBI surakshit insurance coverage. I submitted the estimates to SBI and it took around 4 months for me for first disbursement and it is around 3 months we started construction. In these 7 months; the raw materials cost raised particularly sand, etc. Now as per the rough estimates, the project cost went up by around 2 and half lakhs. In this situation, Can i ask SBI to increase my loan amount ? Any options/alternatives will be there??
