SBI Easy Home Loan – Interest rate increased from 8% to 11.8% after 3 years !!!

I took SBI Home Loan – SBI Easy Home Loans in 2009.

The interest rates was 8%. For the next 2 years, it was 8.5%.
It has all of a sudden increased to 11.8% since the last year, tough the interest rate is around 10% to 10.5% currently.

Has anybody faced similar problem? Anybody who’s solved it?

    Dear RRW, please contact your loan serving branch and ask there for rate conversion. You w’d have to pay around 0.56% of your outstanding loan amount and you ‘ll get the new ROI.
