Yes , they are debt instruments only , but they are bonds issued by SBI . If you dont want to get into much details , you can looks at them as FD”s only , but they are not exactly FD 🙂 .
Note that you cant have any tax savings with them 🙂

Yes the sbi retail bonds. How are they different from fd, because they get listed on the exchange? Are they debt instruments?

Can you please speficify the bond name more precisely. Are you asking for SBI retail bond which closed in Oct’2010 ?
