How to get genuine reviews of Real Estate projects?

Hello Sir,

I have two questions:

While buying books/mobiles/tablets etc, we find a host of websites/magazies offering reviews by experts/buyers/users. Similarly, is there any genuine website/magazine in India which provides comprehensive reviews and ratings of Real Estate projects launched in India?

How to locate real estate consultants/lawyers for verifying documents if one plans to buy a ready to move in house/flat in a city to which one has newly migrated?

Go through the online web portals like Magicbricks, 99acres and common floor.com definetly u can find 100% reviews on different projects at different localities. U can also post ur own queries in these online webportals for get ting proper answers on different projects also .U can consult any local lawyers for the complete verification of documents if u r not aware. If any project is funded by different banks means those project documentation is perfect coz with out proper documentation bank never do funding.

Please check propertyclubindia, Reviews are excellent
few lines from an article are as follows:Why all property buyers do not get same relief from Consumer courts?
It was therefore held that when a consumer has booked more than one unit of residential premises, it cannot be said to be for his residential purpose but amounts to be investment for commercial purpose and complainant does not fall within purview of the consumer.

Consequently, appeal filed by the buyer was dismissed at admission stage with no order as to costs. Thus it is clear that buyer who is holding more than one property is not entitled to any compensation or benefit in case where the developer defaults on his promises in consumer courts . No doubt, a buyer can file a case in civil court but we all know that the process is too lengthy and cumbersome and it may take as long as twenty years to get justice.

So buyers please be cautious while purchasing more than one unit in the same scheme/project of builder. Negotiate with the builder beforehand as per the penalty clauses on part of default of either of the parties involved.
